We hope that you are all enjoying the lovely weather that we have been having (it has made things a little easier). Parteen GAA and Camogie Clubs facilities remain closed and we thank everyone for adhering to our ‘closed gates’. Following yesterdays government announcement regarding the easing of restrictions the GAA have set out their own guidelines on returning to training, please read the attached memo.

It is planned that we will be back to training in Phase 3 on 29th June. As you can imagine there is a lot to do before then i.e. signage, sanitising dispensers, online education. The Executive Committee are meeting in the coming days to discuss the safe return to training, and we will contact you with further details following this meeting.
In order to have a smooth return to training it is anticipated that we will require volunteers to assist us i.e. sanitising facilities & equipment, record of attendance, collating Health Questionnaires. We will be relying on parents and adult players to assist in a safe return to training, matches and club activities.

As soon as we have the full details of our club plan we will share them via email to all club members and across all our social media platforms.
